I like the site overall, but the things I’m looking for are often out of stock, haha. Still good to use, just wish availability was a bit more consistent.

I had a good experience using nutrichem.com. The site was easy to navigate, the menu actually made sense, and I was able to find the products and info I needed without digging around forever.

The only thing that kept it from being a full 5 stars for me was that a few pages loaded a bit slowly, and checkout could be a little more polished. Nothing major though, overall it worked well, and I’d definitely use it again

For what I needed, the price felt fair. I wouldn’t say it’s the absolute best option for everyone, but if you’re looking for something decent without spending too much, it’s worth it overall

I ordered this two weeks ago and I’m still waiting, it’s frustrating. I get that delays happen, but this feels like way too long, not happy with the experience so far.

They got back to me really fast and were helpful with their replies. The whole process was easy from start to finish, which I really appreciated.

I had to return an item and it ended up being way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I felt like I was the one constantly having to follow up, because the emails were slow and I had to ask twice just to find out what was going on with my refund. It did eventually come through, but it took longer than they told me it would. Not the worst experience ever, but it definitely left me feeling like I was being ignored.

Just wanted to share my experience with nutrichem.com in case anyone is thinking of ordering. My order showed up with the exact items and quantities I picked, so no issues there, nothing missing or substituted. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but it wasn’t terrible either. The only thing I’d warn people about is the order updates weren’t super clear, so don’t expect constant detailed tracking. Overall, I’d probably order again because they got everything right, but they could definitely improve communication
